The Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) brings together businesses and all 10 local authorities across the county and city.
It will support and grow the visitor economy, building on the area’s strong reputation and well known attractions.
About the role
The new chair will:
- Set the overall vision for the partnership
- Support sustainable growth and development
- Represent the whole of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent
- Help strengthen the wider regional economy
The successful candidate will be a senior leader. They may have experience in tourism or a related sector, but this is not essential.
Governance and support
The chair will be accountable to:
- The Staffordshire Leaders Board
- Stoke on Trent Senior Leaders
- The We Are Staffordshire Place Board
They will be supported by the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Star Operators Group.
