Norton Canes Library – Places of Welcome

Free tea / coffee, biscuits and toast! Norton Canes Library's weekly "Place of Welcome" is part of a growing network of local community groups  that provide safe, welcoming spaces where everyone can belong, connect, and contribute.

Run by a group of local volunteers, it offers a friendly face, a cup of tea, and a conversation to anyone in the neighbourhood who needs it.

All Places of Welcome provide:

  • Friendship and hospitality
  • Regular opening at the same time each week
  • Free refreshments (donations welcome)
  • Local knowledge about the neighbourhood
