The 'Digital 5 A Day' is a guide you can share with your children which gives them a framework to enjoy the online world without being totally consumed by it. Offering easy to follow, practical steps to achieve a healthy and balanced digital diet.

Developed by the Children's Commissioner and based on work by the NHS. It is available as a webpage and downloadable pdf here.
