Information we process
We will keep your contact information, details of your request, any subsequent communications relating to your request and records relating to our processing of your request. We will also keep a copy of information supplied to us by other county council services and other organisations that process information on behalf of Staffordshire County Council for the purpose of responding to your request for information.
This information is kept for 6 years from the end of the calendar that your request was made. This is in line with the relevant policy contained in our retention and disposal schedule
