Community Coordination
We are helping local community and voluntary organisations work together so people can get support more easily from services they trust.
We are funding groups that support people in their local area. This includes food banks, local shops, schools, family hubs, community centres, and faith groups.
We welcome applications from organisations interested in delivering Community Coordination services.
