Community Coordination
We are helping local community and voluntary organisations work together so people can get support more easily from services they trust.
We are funding groups that support people in their local area. This includes food banks, local shops, schools, family hubs, community centres, and faith groups.
We are working with District and Borough councils and their partners to understand what each community needs. More information will be shared when it is ready.
