Community Coordination
Strengthening local communities by bringing together voluntary and community sector organisations to support individuals through established referral routes between organisations and adopting a ‘no wrong door approach’ .
These organisations will be delivering support at the heart of communities such as local food banks, shops, schools, family hubs, community centres and faith groups.
