Build and Scale – Growth support 2-5 Year Old Businesses

Build and Scale is a brand new project for 2026. This support is aimed at businesses aged 2-5 years, The primary objective is to accelerate sustainable business growth, which must lead to improved productivity, job creation, Gross Value Added (GVA), turnover and profit. The support will focus on Staffordshire’s largest growth sectors:

  • Property development and construction
  • Trades and construction (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, subcontracting)
  • Professional services (e.g., legal, accountancy, architecture, surveying, consulting).

Each business will receive 8 hours of support over the course of a few months.
