Growth Ladder is a fully funded programme supporting businesses aged 2–5 years in Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-On-Trent) that are ready to grow, scale and improve performance.
You’ll be matched with a dedicated Growth Consultant who will help you identify opportunities, challenges and the actions needed to accelerate growth.

Eligibility
Businesses must:
- Be based in Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-on-Trent)
- Be trading for 2–5 years
- Have a Companies House or UTR number
