You’ll need an email address to register. If you don’t have one or don’t want to use one, call Staffordshire Cares on 0300 111 8010 or email staffordshirecares@staffordshire.gov.uk . We can talk through your needs and start the process with you.

Your information is used to contact you and progress your request. If you prefer not to use the Social Care Portal, you can call 0300 111 8010 and we will complete the assessment with you by phone. Accounts that are not completed are deactivated after 28 days, and online financial assessments are deleted after 90 days if not finished, or after 12 months if submitted for an indicative charge but you do not proceed.
Our First Contact Team will review your information. We may offer more advice and guidance or continue your assessment and consider eligibility for our services.
