Out of hours — Emergency Duty Team (EDT)

The EDT works outside normal office hours. They handle adult safeguarding, urgent mental health assessments and prioritise referrals. The more information you can provide, the faster we can respond.

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday: 5pm–9am
  • Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 24‑hour service
