How we manage personal data
We are responsible for looking after the information we have about you, and we know it matters to you. We take this seriously and use your personal information fairly, correctly, and safely, following the law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Anyone who gets information from us must also follow these rules. Their contract includes data protection clauses to make sure they do.
Other organisations that work for Staffordshire County Council or share information with us must also follow GDPR. Their contracts or agreements include these rules too.
