Payment performance
We publish payment performance data in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations, 2015.
The data shows our compliance with the obligation to pay undisputed invoices to first tier suppliers/prime contractors within 30 days of receipt and includes the amount of interest paid to suppliers due to a breach of Regulation 113.
Our payment performance data is published monthly.
