Staffordshire County Council shares on-street parking enforcement powers with the police. Borough and district councils are responsible for off-street parking. Stoke City Council is responsible for both on and off-street parking within Stoke. More information about parking and enforcement in Staffordshire is available on our website.

We work closely with other Staffordshire local authorities and publish joint civil parking enforcement reports. Parking account information is published within these reports. Civil parking enforcement reports are normally published annually.
