Panel's report to the Commissioner and consultation responses

In relation to certain issues such as proposed appointments to specific posts in the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner or the Commissioner's annual report and the Fire and Rescue statement of assurance the panel is required to submit its formal views in a report to the Commissioner. In turn where appropriate the Commissioner has to formally respond to that report.
