Research and copying services, and making payments

We offer a range of services to enable you to access the archives that we hold and the information that they contain from a distance. If you are unable to visit our offices to look at the records yourself you may wish to use our research services. Having identified records of interest through our online catalogue you may want paper copies or digital images. Full details and order forms are available here. Payments for these services can also be made online.

Talks and visits for clubs and societies

A range of talks on a variety of subjects is available for clubs and societies, as well as introductory visits to Staffordshire Record Office.

Services for owners of documents

We offer advice to the owners of archives concerning best practice in the preservation of your records. You may also be interested in the possibility of depositing your records with the archive service.
