From 1 April 2025, the charges for publications and tasks are as follows:

Pre-application advice services

• Initial pre-application advice - £636 including VAT

• Detailed pre-application advice (Option A) - £1151 including VAT

• Detailed pre-application advice (Option B) -  £1672 including VAT

• Further detailed pre-application advice:

• • Admin - minimum charge - £41 per hour including VAT

• Planning Officer - minimum charge - £74 per hour including VAT

• Specialists (per specialist) - minimum charge - £74 per hour including VAT

Minerals and Waste Site Monitoring Fees (set nationally):
