Replacement school bus passes

Please check the expiry date of your child’s travel pass and retain the pass until this date. New passes will not automatically be issued for September.

Have you have lost or damaged your travel pass?

You will need to make an application to order a replacement pass. The easiest way to do this is to apply online. Select the 'school bus passes' option.

 

How much will it cost?

The cost of a replacement pass is £10.00

All our passes are printed externally. The £10.00 covers the production costs, postage and administration charges.

If your child has a pass that needs a photo we may already have one on file. If we need another one, we will contact you to request this.

We post passes to your child's home address. You should get it within 7-10 working days.

Your child’s school should be able to supply a temporary bus pass whilst waiting for the new pass to arrive. It is valid for 10 school days.

If your child is entitled to free transport you need to contact the Schools Admissions Team on 0300 111 8000 or email admissions@staffordshire.gov.uk  They can then reassess your child’s transport entitlement for your new address or school.
