The Inspirational Learning Group develop and deliver innovative career solutions for students, education institutes and employers across the UK.

We are proud to have engaged 600,000 students through our flagship programme, The National Careers Challenge, that enables young people to develop crucial key employability skills, vital for the ever-changing world of work.

As the outreach activity partner for organisations such as NatWest and GE, TILG create truly bespoke education to support development, social mobility and inclusion.
TILG are proud to be working in partnership with Staffordshire County Council on the Multiply Programme, delivering targeted provision to businesses based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, South Staffordshire, Stafford and Staffordshire Moorlands. The courses offered to businesses under this programme include:

Engineering Principles
Stocks and Shares Challenge
Managing Cashflow/Profit and Loss

Additionally, TILG delivers a fun and interactive maths quiz, A Question of Maths, targeted at all parents in Staffordshire. This initiative aims to boost parents’ confidence in their maths skills, enabling them to better support their children with homework.
