You can make a late application by completing the paper application form (788 KB) and either:

Please note: Late applications may not be processed until after National Offer Day (01 March 2024).  Those that are received very close to or after national offer day will not be processed until after 15 March 2024.

In-year applications

The following form can be completed if you wish to apply for a school place during the school year.

Please note: This must be returned to your chosen school in the first instance, who will respond to you directly. You should receive a written response to your application within 15 school days.  If this time has passed please see further information with regards to not receiving a response or receiving a refusal.


Supplementary Forms

Supplementary forms are required for the following schools in addition to the completion of your home local authority application form.

Nine out of 10 parents will learn today that they have been allocated their first choice secondary school in Staffordshire. Of the 8,482 offers made for a Staffordshire secondary school at age 11, 90.8% per cent were for a first choice school. National and regional average is around 83 per cent.
