In-year applications

The following form can be completed if you wish to apply for a school place during the school year.

Please note: This must be returned to your chosen school in the first instance, who will respond to you directly. You should receive a written response to your application within 15 school days.  If this time has passed please see further information with regard to not receiving a response or receiving a refusal.


Supplementary Forms

Supplementary forms are required for the following schools in addition to the completion of your home local authority application form.
