Appeal hearing dates 2019

We are required by law to publish the dates on which appeals for September 2019 admissions, will be heard. The following dates are intended as a guide only.

Anyone lodging a formal appeal will be given at least 10 school days’ notice of the definite date of their appeal hearing. All communication concerning your appeal will be sent via email.

Please note: individual primary schools will be allocated a specific date for their appeals at the end of May.

Appellants will receive the admission authority’s case at least 7 working days before the appeal hearing date (via email).

Any additional information which the appellant wishes the Panel to consider should be sent to the Clerk by no later than 4 clear working days before the Panel date.

Appellants will be told of the Panel’s decision (via email) by no later than 5 working days after the last appeal has been heard for the school in question.
