Stafford housing

Housing applications for Stafford are completed via the My Homes Plus website. Homes Plus are the main provider for housing in Stafford.

You will need to complete a consent to disclosure personal information to a third-party form.

You will need to provide ID, 3 months of bank statements and address history as standard. If there are issues with uploading supporting documents, please speak to your personal advisor for support.

Your personal advisor will complete 'Supported Accommodation' move on form. They will also provide a supporting letter to outline your 'care leaver' status.

Once everything has been received, Stafford Borough Council will complete a nomination form, you will then go to Band A.

  • Ensure all documents are uploaded
  • Make sure the banding is correct
  • Bid on all suitable properties each week
  • Attend any housing appointments and answer calls to housing.
