Blue badges (parking concessions for disabled people)

Blue badges are for drivers, passengers or children with severe mobility problems and for those who are registered blind. The scheme allows badge holders to park close to their destination, but applies only to on-street parking.

Due to a peak in demand and limited resources the Blue Badge service has introduced some temporary changes to how we will process applications. Please review the Eligibility and guidance page for more information.
