Easy in, easy out, affordable workshop space
We have developed a number of office and workshop units to let in Staffordshire as part of its overall strategy of regeneration and economic development.
All office units are available to let on flexible, monthly 'easy-in, easy-out' licences.
The workshops are also available to let on monthly, three monthly or six monthly fully repairing tenancy agreements.

Chase Enterprise Centre Cannock (Aug 2015):

Moved into Block 3, Cannock Chase 17 April 2015, Previously in an 'incubator unit on a college' campus in the Midlands:
I was ready to throw in the towel, when the college I was at reneged on their three year contract after two years. Cannock Chase Council told me to ring Kerry at Cannock Chase Enterprise Centre as someone who would be "lovely, knowledgeable and helpful."
Anne at the council was not wrong. Kerry and Paul are the main reasons my move has been so successful. They are both so helpful and always available for a chat. They are both very responsive to an older person who is very new to being self-employed witha dvice and practical solutions to things - thank you for the shelving units, Paul!
In Block 3 I have also been so lucky with my neighbours who are all really great people and are willing to help if they can or just stop for a chat, so I don't feel so isolated, as I had been on my own at the college. They are also incredibly talented individuals which I find very inspiring.
Last,but not least, the environment on the Chase is just so cathartic. A few strides away is the stunning forest so often frequented by walkers, riders and cyclists coupled with the historic buildings of the lost mining industry - a real boon for a historian!
Cannock Chase Enterprise Centre welcomed us in 2011. The Units are well maintained and there are a variety of manufacture units and also office space. Having a catering unit on site is very useful for any meetings. The location is beautiful and the surrounding area can prove very useful if needing a stress busting walk.
NHR Joinery moved onto the Enterprise Centre. This proved to be the best move possible. The Enterprise Centre welcomed us and really does provide a support network in helping us to thrive.
The site has 24 hour security that enables us to feel safe.
We have been very happy here, and would like to continue working on our high quality bespoke restoration joinery, for historical buildings nationally.

P J Recruitment Ltd moved into Studio 1 at Waterside Court in September 2013. We had a double unit at that time, but early this year we decided we would be prefer a smaller office space and moved to a single unit in Studio 2.
We find it particularly beneficial to be located at Waterside Court Enterprise Centre as it offers pleasant surroundings in which to work and meet with both our agency staff and clients in a secure, well serviced location.
It is ideally located within the Transport sector aswe are close to all of our existing clients and there is potential to approach future possible clients within close proximity of the site too.
We also benefit from the ease in which local people can find and visit Waterside Court. This improves the number of people who approach us for work and therefore increases our opportunity for success.
Waterside Court’s management team understand the requirements of small businesses and have been helpful with our unique requirements whilst we have been located at the Centre. It has been advantageous to our business to be able to access the site at weekends and the provision of the meeting room is also useful.

I moved into Waterside Court on 1 July 2010 having considered various alternative properties for my business requirements. The office seemed most appropriate in terms of cost, location and rental agreement conditions, and I am very pleased to say that I have never regretted my decision.
I have changed office a couple of times as my business needs have altered, and this has been achieved without any hassle. The management have been very friendly and helpful at all times, and I have made business connections and friendships with a number offellow tenants. The offices are well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard and there is ample secure parking for tenants and visitors, plus a picnic area for those rare sunny days.
