Silverdale Enterprise Centre comprises three sleek studio office buildings of 19 unfurnished units, ranging from 160 sq ft to 320 sq ft, and 12 container workshops up to 277 sq ft in size. These are all available to rent on a rolling monthly contract.
Also onsite are nine industrial units, ranging from 600 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, that are available on five-year leases.
