Help us to achieve ServiceMark accreditation
We are excited to announce that we are continuing our journey to achieve the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) ServiceMark.
ServiceMark is a national standard, independently recognising an organisation’s achievement in customer service and its commitment to maintaining those standards.
What’s involved?
There are three stages we need to complete to become ServiceMark accredited. The first two elements provide insight into our customer service performance:
- Internal assessment using the ServCheck survey: an assessment of our employees’ engagement with our customer service strategy.
- Customer feedback: the Business Benchmarking survey will measure our customer satisfaction.
- Independent onsite assessment visit: to check we are meeting the benchmarks and taking action.
How can you help?
In June 2025, Staffordshire County Council will launch their second customer satisfaction survey with the ICS. We would really appreciate your feedback if you have had recent contact with us within the last 6 weeks so we can understand what we are doing well and what we need to improve.
The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete and will make a big difference and make sure we are delivering excellent customer service to the people of Staffordshire.
To take part, please click this link to leave your details and a survey link will then be sent to you at the end of June 2025.
