Restorative Conference Training

The sessions in Stafford (Stafford Family Hub) will take place on 4 December 2026 and 5 March 2027 (9am–4pm), with an additional session on 13 October 2027 (9am–4pm), venue to be confirmed.

This training focuses on how to use restorative conferencing when there has been serious conflict or a significant incident.

You will revisit key principles of Relational and Restorative Practice and learn how to run conferences in a way that keeps everyone safe, both physically and emotionally.

The course will cover:

  • When restorative conferencing is appropriate
  • How to plan a restorative conference
  • How to run and support a conference meeting

Who can attend

This training is only available to staff who have completed the 6-day Senior Leadership Training programme.

If you are part of Cohort 3, you will not have completed your training in time for the first two dates. Please book a later session instead.
