About the training
This session helps staff understand attainment gaps for disadvantaged and vulnerable children in Staffordshire.
It focuses on Raising the Attainment of Disadvantaged Youngsters (RADY) and shows how to:
- Set ambitious (uplifting) targets
- Create fair and inclusive (equitable) teaching and learning
- Use RADY as a core approach in school policies and improvement plans

- Sessions are tailored to your school, setting, or trust
- Delivered at a time that works for you
- Available online (via Microsoft Teams) or face-to-face
