About the training
This 2-hour, practical session introduces a key principle of Relational and Restorative Practice (RRP).
It will help staff:
- Build confidence in leading solution-focused circles
- Improve how they support children’s behaviour and relationships
- Apply restorative approaches in everyday practice
Training can be delivered to:
- Whole staff teams, or
- Smaller groups of staff who want to develop their skills
