This training is also suitable for staff who want support with managing and resolving conflict in the classroom.
About the training
This 2-day course gives a practical and theoretical introduction to Relational and Restorative Practice (RRP).
It will help you:
- Understand what RRP is
- Learn how to use restorative approaches in your role
- Build confidence in managing behaviour and resolving conflict
