2-day Introduction to Relational and Restorative Practice

The sessions will take place in the autumn term on 26 November 2026 and 3 December 2026 (9am–4pm), and in the spring term on 16 March 2027 and 24 March 2027 (9am–4pm).

Who this is for

All staff working in education settings in Staffordshire, including:

  • Pastoral staff
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)
  • Behaviour leads
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

This training is also suitable for staff who want support with managing and resolving conflict in the classroom.

About the training

This 2-day course gives a practical and theoretical introduction to Relational and Restorative Practice (RRP).

It will help you:

  • Understand what RRP is
  • Learn how to use restorative approaches in your role
  • Build confidence in managing behaviour and resolving conflict
