Getting your assessment returns to the local authority
Your Assessment returns can be sent into the Schools Data via the secure portal Perspective Lite.

Head teacher's declaration forms / Permission to check forms
For each assessment submission you are required to send a signed Permission to Check Form into the Schools Data Team.
This form provides the Local Authority with key information about your return and permission to process and upload to the DfE. Please note a permission form is required to be completed for each assessment and each version you submit.
Important
This does NOT replace and is in addition to the requirement to submit a Head teachers declaration form (HDF) via the Primary Assessment Gateway for your Phonics submissions.
Timely Submissions
Your support in meeting all return dates is essential, in order for the necessary data cleansing and checking to be undertaken before a timely submission to the DfE on your behalf. This also enables us to provide a complete data set when the Statistical First Releases are produced.
Please ensure you check your data thoroughly before submission to limit the number of versions sent into us.
