The Council has agreed Health and Safety policies for asbestos management. All those who have responsibility for managing buildings, and/or works must comply with these policies.
If you are arranging for work of this nature you must consult your Asbestos Record System Manual for information relating to your site. You are not to carry out this work under any circumstances, as it is likely to be a breach of agreed practice and could involve personal liability.
