Construction Skills People (CSP) is a national training provider that helps adults build careers in construction. We work with employers to offer training that leads to real job opportunities. The Groundworks Skills Bootcamp helps you get ready for work in construction and civil engineering.
You will gain practical skills and recognised qualifications, including:
- Groundworks and drainage
- Health and safety
- Plant operations
- Traffic marshalling
- CSCS card preparation
This course is suitable if you are:
- Looking for work
- Already working or self‑employed and want to upskill
Training includes hands‑on learning and links to live construction jobs.
The Level 3 Supervisor Skills Bootcamp is for people who want to move into a supervisor role in construction.
You will learn how to:
- Supervise work on site
- Keep people safe
- Lead and communicate with a team
The course includes recognised qualifications such as Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and supports progression into long‑term supervisor roles.
