Section 14 – road closures and restrictions

• Standard TTRO (3-month lead time): £1,877
• 5-Day TTRO: £573
• Emergency TTRO (must notify within 2 hours): £1,147

Section 16 – road closures for events

• Residential street party (not on classified/bus/traffic-sensitive road): No charge
• Events on footways or cul-de-sacs (5-day notice): £557
• Events on unclassified roads (not bus or traffic-sensitive): £557
• Events on classified roads, bus routes, pedestrian zones or traffic-sensitive routes: £1,550

Charity events: 50% discount on the admin fee if submitted:

• More than 6 weeks in advance for residential street parties
• More than 12 weeks in advance for all other event types

A charity event must be:

• Open to the public
• Charitable or non-profit
• Free to attend or participate
• Not involve trading on the public highway
