CON29 answers
If you need answers to parts of the CON29 form, you have two options:
- Free option: Use our online resources and map search to access information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
- Submit an online application. This service has a fee and the current turnaround time is 15 working days. Please note this may vary depending on demand and available resources.

Request for information under Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)
The EIR requires Local Authorities to make available the information required to answer the CON29 search. To help reduce administration in submitting individual EIR requests, we aim to publish this information on our website. We also have FindmyStreet for further information.
If you cannot find the information you need, please submit a freedom of information request online or email your request to: accessinformation@staffordshire.gov.uk. Please note, a response may take up to 20 working days.
