Car dealer pleads guilty to selling unsafe vehicles

• Burton car dealer pleads guilty to string of trade offences

• The 41 charges against Mr Sheeth Adam relate to selling unsafe vehicles, aggressive trading practices and not providing buyers with cancellation rights

• Mr Adam will appear before Stafford Crown Court at a later date for sentencing

- We explain that decisions are taken through the Staffordshire Safer Roads Partnership, enforcement is carried out by Staffordshire Police.
- We’re committed to working with communities while directing limited resources to where they will prevent the most harm.
