Overview
In 2015, Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Archives and Heritage Service made a ten-year plan to improve the service. This plan looked at our buildings, staff, and how we help people in person and online. It was linked to the National Lottery Heritage Fund process and checked every three years.
During this time, we changed where people can visit us. Now, you can go to:
- Staffordshire History Centre for Staffordshire Archives and Heritage
- Potteries Museum and Art Gallery for Stoke-on-Trent City Archives
This new Forward Plan looks at what we achieved and sets out what we will do for the next three years. We shared the plan with staff, partners, and others, and used their feedback.
