About the session
The Staffordshire Together for Carers Service supports carers of all ages, including:
- Young carers aged 5 to 18
- Adult carers aged 18 and over
You can access the service if you:
- live in Staffordshire
- are registered with a Staffordshire GP
- provide unpaid care for someone who lives in Staffordshire
The session offers information, advice and support for carers, as well as opportunities to connect with others who have caring responsibilities.
