About the session
A free, informal support group for teenagers with autism spectrum condition (ASC) and mental health needs, and their parent or carer.
The group offers:
- a safe and welcoming space
- support and understanding
- the chance to meet others with similar experiences
- time to relax, talk and build friendships
There is no pressure to join in. You can take part in a way that suits you.
