Legal Context
These fees are governed by:
- Petroleum (Consolidation) Regulations 2014 – Sets out requirements for storage certificates and licences.
- SI 2024/322 – Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) (Amendment) and Gas Safety (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2024 – Mandates updated fees based on the 2022 Fees Regulations and introduces full-cost recovery for petroleum-related enforcement.
