£25 per additional building opening and closing
Reception Out of Hours Costs
- Evenings - £16.75 + VAT per hour per member of staff (or any part hour)
- Saturday - £25.13 + VAT per hour per member of staff (or any part hour)
- Sunday / Holiday - £33.50 + VAT per hour per member of staff (or any part hour)
Normal working hours are 9:00am - 4pm.
A session is a morning, afternoon evening or 3 hours – evening sessions are subject to additional reception/caretaking costs as applicable. Prices shown exclude VAT.

Available rooms at County Buildings
The building stands on a main high street and there are no external grounds between the building and the thoroughfare. The high street is pedestrianised, however, for deliveries and collections you are permitted to load and unload a vehicle in the main street before 10.00am and after 4.00pm.
If you are travelling by car, there are various places to park locally. Alternatively, Stafford train station is a 10 minute walk away and bus stops can be found around the town.
The White Room
Can be made into the following layouts:
- Committee seating 25 people
- Theatre seating 45 people
- Cabaret seating 32 people
The Oak Room
Can be made into the following layouts:
- Committee seating 35 people
- Theatre seating 70 people
- Cabaret seating 54 people
- Scrutiny seating 20/24/28 people
Facilities and accessibility
There is lift access from the ground to the first floor for visitors with mobility issues.
A right-hand access disabled WC is situated on the ground floor in the main corridor and a left-hand access disabled WC is situated in the lobby next to the lift. Ladies and Gents WC are located on the first and ground floors with baby changing facilities located on the ground floor.
