SECTION 26(1)(bb) OF THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949 AND SECTION 6(3A)(a) OF THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004
Notice is hereby given that application has been received from Uttoxeter Town Council for the premises known as Town Hall, Uttoxeter to continue to be approved as a venue for the regular solemnization of civil marriages and civil partnerships under the above Acts.
The application and plan relating to the premises may be inspected during normal office hours. To make an appointment with the Proper Officer, Adam Cooper, please telephone 0300 111 8001.
If anyone has any objection to the continuation of approval being granted they should write, stating their reasons, within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
