How it works
Our Tell Us Once service allows you to report a death just once, and we’ll notify multiple government departments and local services on your behalf.
How it works
When you book an appointment to register a death, you’ll be asked if the deceased lived in Staffordshire. If so, the Tell Us Once service will be offered to you.
Cost
This service is free of charge.
