Walking sticks

This section shows examples of walking sticks designed to provide support while walking.

Drinking support systems

Designed for people with limited hand or arm movement. Seek advice from a speech and language therapist before purchasing this type of equipment, as they could potentially cause a choking risk to some people.

Non-profiling beds

Non profiling beds are flat or can have a two piece mattress platform to allow the backrest to be adjusted

Included are various types of walking frames that can be used to provide support while walking.

Accessories

Includes accessories that may assist with bathing and showering.

Activity monitoring

These systems monitor movement within the home without being too intrusive. A carer or relative can check (without cameras) that someone is safe and well, without being present. They use sensors that are triggered when movement is detected.
