How to invite the Chairman to an event

Submit an invitation online

You can submit an invitation to the Chairman directly by completing our online form.

What is included in the form?

The Chairman would also find it very useful if you could provide some background information about your organisation. This is especially important if you wish the Chairman to make a speech. The type of information that would be useful is:

  • When your organisation was started
  • Your organisation's aims and activities
  • Membership
  • Achievements
  • What do you consider to be special about your organisation?
If you have any queries then please contact the Civic Events Team,
civic.events@staffordshire.gov.uk or (01785) 276150 and one of the team will be pleased to help you.
