Order and collect service

An ‘order and collect’ service continues to operate in libraries (and paid-for title reservations can also be placed by customers on the online catalogue). Browsing in libraries will not be available at this time.

To place an order, please either complete our online form or contact the library using the phone number or email address shown below. We will only be supplying the books available at your selected library.

From 9am – 5pm weekdays, your call will be answered by Staffordshire County Council's Contact Centre staff who will be able to deal with your library enquiry.
