New library opened on the 23 July

Newcastle library reopened in the new Castle House Civic Hub on 23 July. 

This building provides local residents with a single point of access to many other services too including:

  • Newcastle Borough Council,
  • Police,
  • Registrars
  • and Trading Standards.
