Order and collect service
An ‘order and collect’ service is operating in libraries, whilst limited numbers of visitors are able to access the library building or mobile at any one time.
To place an order, please either complete our online form or contact the library using the phone number or email address shown below.
Please note that we are not able to provide specific titles on request, as we will only be supplying the books available at your selected library at the time of selection. However, the regular reservation service is now up and running again, and you can reserve books at the usual charge.

From 9am – 5pm weekdays, your call will be answered by Staffordshire County Council's Contact Centre staff who will be able to deal with your library enquiry.
