Reading groups
Join a Reading Group in Staffordshire
- There are nearly 100 reading groups across the county.
- Most meet once a month.
- Joining a group is a great way to make friends and try new books.
- Ask your local library if there’s a group nearby or how to start one.

Reading Group Sets Service
If you run a group, you can subscribe to borrow book sets.
Annual Subscription (from 1 October 2018):
- £40 – Group meets outside the library
- £35 – Group meets in the library
- £15 – Audiobook group
This covers 12 book sets per year with no extra charges (except for lost/damaged books). Pay at the library where you collect the sets.

How to Request Sets
- Each group should name a contact person.
- That person sends a form twice a year to plan book requests.
- You can also request more often, but allow at least 10 working days for processing.
