Site investigation works B5018 Main Street/Burton Road

Amey Highways, on behalf of Staffordshire County Council, will be carrying out enabling works along the embankment located on B5018 Main Street/Burton Road over the Branston Bridge.
The work involves clearing a 1m wide strip of ground-level vegetation at 10m intervals along the embankment, from the back of the footway to the toe of the embankment. It is important to note that no trees will be cut or trimmed during this stage. The proposed works will allow the surveyor to undertake a topographical survey that will support the design of widening the footpath.
