Part II of the Schedule attached to the above Order laid out the works required for the diversion to take effect subject to any limitations and conditions provided for in Part III of that Schedule. 

Now Take Notice that Staffordshire County Council (“the Authority”), being the competent authority, hereby certifies that the works, or such part of the works, as are described in Part II of the Schedule, subject to any limitations and conditions specified in Part III of the Schedule, have been carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority.
