Get Help After Storm Babet Flooding

 Funded by UK Government

Residents and businesses affected by Storm Babet's floods between 19-25 October 2023, may qualify for the Property Flood Resilience grant. 

You can apply for a grant of up to £5,000 (inclusive of VAT) to ensure that flood-hit homes and businesses are better prepared for severe weather and flooding in the future.

This is administered by Staffordshire County Council. 

This information is provided to assist residents to decide if they may be eligible and to begin to prepare the information needed for their application.

 

Making an application for a grant

Please note that this grant scheme is not yet open for applications, please do not start work before approval of an application.

We are currently securing suppliers to undertake survey and installation works. 

The grant scheme is expected to open in April 2024. Please continue to check for updates.
